A native of San Diego County, Mr. Knight brings more than five decades of experience in the design, implementation and administration of Employee Benefit, Risk Management and Insurance Programs of all types. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in administration and a Masters of Business Administration degree with emphasis on management. In addition to his business pursuits, Mr. Knight is extremely active in his community.

Alicia Reeves
President
Also a native to San Diego County, Mrs. Reeves has over 20 years of experience specializing in Employee Benefits design, implementation and administration. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Public Relations from California State University, Chico, with a minor in Conflict Resolution. Mrs. Reeves creativity and energy work to help our clients meet the goals of their Risk Management and Employee Benefits Programs.
